How to Return an Item

  • Send it BackDrop off your package at your nearest shipping carrier location following the instructions provided in your return authorization email.

 

Refund Process

  • InspectionOnce your return is received by Opus Appliances, the item will be inspected to confirm it meets our return conditions.
  • Refund TimelineAfter the inspection is complete, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to show on your original payment method, depending on your bank or provider.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@smarthomestoreusa.com, and we will assist you with a quick exchange

 

Order Not Delivered

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@smarthomestoreusa.com with your order number. We will look into the matter with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.

 

Non - Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.
